Á¶»ç´ë»óÀÚ 57.3%´Â ÀÚ½ÅÀÇ Ã¼ÇüÀÌ º¸ÅëÀÌ´Ù°í ÀνÄÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç 37.7%´Â ¶×¶×ÇÏ´Ù°í ÀνÄÇÏ¿´´Ù. BMI¿¡ µû¸¥ À¯ÀÇÀû Â÷ÀÌ´Â ¾ø¾úÀ¸¸ç Àü°ø¿©´ë»ýÀº ÀúüÁß±º 1342kcal, Á¤»ó±º 1183 kcal, °úüÁß/ºñ¸¸±º 1261 kcal, ºñÀü°ø¿©´ë»ýÀº °¢°¢ 1176 kcal, 1194 kcal, 1132 kcal·Î Á¶»çµÇ¾ú´Ù. Àμ·Ãë´Â Àü°ø¿©´ë»ý 583.2 mg, ºñÀü°ø¿©´ë»ý 545.8 mg, öºÐÀº °¢°¢ 7.9 mg, 7.3 mg, ³ªÆ®·ýÀº °¢°¢ 2298.8 mg, 2461.6 mgÀ¸·Î Á¶»çµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç µÎ ±×·ì ¸ðµÎ ÀúüÁß±ºÀÌ °¢°¢ 2608.6 mg, 3032.8 mgÀ¸·Î ¸¹ÀÌ ¼·ÃëÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¾Æ¿¬Àº Àü°ø¿©´ë»ý 5.9 mg, ºñÀü°ø¿©´ë»ý 4.8 mg, ºñŸ¹Î C´Â °¢°¢ 53.3 mg, 36.7 mg, ¿±»êÀº °¢°¢ 140 mg, 124 mgÀ¸·Î Á¶»çµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç ÄÝ·¹½ºÅ×·Ñ °¢°¢ 208 mg, 211 mgÀ¸·Î Àü°ø¿©´ë»ý ÀúüÁß±º 254 mg, ºñÀü°ø¿©´ë»ý °úüÁß/ºñ¸¸±ºÀÌ 260 mgÀ¸·Î °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò´Ù. 5. Á¶»ç´ë»óÀÚÀÇ »ó°üºÐ¼® °á°ú BMI¿Í À¯ÀÇÇÑ ¾çÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è(p < 0.01)¸¦ º¸ÀÎ °ÍÀº ½ÅüÀ̹ÌÁö, ¿µ¾çÁö½ÄÁ¡¼ö, üÁßÀ̾ú´Ù. üÁß°ú ½ÅüÀ̹ÌÁö, ¿µ¾çÁö½ÄÁ¡¼ö(p < 0.01), ¿µ¾çÁö½ÄÁ¡¼ö¿Í ÀνºÅÏÆ®¼·ÃëȽ¼ö(p < 0.05), °£½Ä¼·ÃëȽ¼ö¿Í ÁöÁú(p < 0.05), ´çÁú°ú ÁöÁú(p < 0.01)µµ ¾çÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù. ÀÌ»óÀÇ °á°ú¸¦ Á¾ÇÕÇØº¸¸é Àü°ø, ºñÀü°ø ¿©´ë»ý ¸ðµÎ ÀúüÁßÀ̸鼭 ÀÚ½ÅÀÌ º¸ÅëÀ̰ųª ¶×¶×ÇÏ´Ù°í ÀνÄÇÏ´Â ºñÀ²ÀÌ À¯ÀÇÀûÀ¸·Î ³ô¾ÒÀ¸¸ç ÀüüÀûÀÎ ¿µ¾çÁö½ÄÁ¡¼ö´Â Àü°ø¿©´ë»ýÀÌ ºñÀü°ø¿©´ë»ý¿¡ ºñÇØ À¯ÀÇÀûÀ¸·Î ³ô¾Ò´Ù. ÀÌ °á°ú´Â ºñÀü°ø¿©´ë»ý¿¡ ºñÇØ ¿µ¾ç¼Ò ¼·Ãë·®°ú ½Äǰ¼·Ãëºóµµ °á°ú°¡ ¾çÈ£ÇÑ ÆíÀ̾úÁö¸¸ ¿ì¼öÇÑ ÆíÀº ¾Æ´Ï¾úÀ¸¹Ç·Î ¿µ¾çÁö½ÄÀ» ¾Ë°íÀÖ´Â °Í¿¡ ºñÇØ ½Ä½À°üÀÇ ½ÇõÀ¸·Î Àß ¿Å°ÜÁöÁö ¾Ê°í ÀÖ´Â ¹®Á¦Á¡À» ½Ã»çÇÑ´Ù. ¿©´ë»ýµé¿¡°Ô ½Äǰ¼±Åÿ¡ À־ÀÇ ¿Ã¹Ù¸¥ ¼±Åðú ±ÕÇü ÀâÈù ½Ä½À°üÀÇ Á¤¸³À» À§ÇØ Áö¼ÓÀûÀ̰í ü°èÀûÀÎ ¿µ¾ç±³À° ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ °³¹ß°ú ±³À°ÀÌ Áß¿äÇÏ´Ù°í »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the body image, food habits, nutrition knowledge, food intake frequency, nutrient intakes of female university students in Masan.

Methods: Two groups (n = 302, nutrition major: 147, non-major: 155) were classified into underweight, normal weight and overweight/obesity groups according to BMI respectively.

Results: Height and weight of all subjects were 161.5 cm, 53.2 kg and were 161.5 cm, 55.1 kg, 161.5 cm, 51.3 kg in major and non-major female students, respectively. The BMI and body weight were significantly different (p < 0.001). Significantly higher proportions of underweight students in both study groups had perceived as ¡¯normal¡¯ or ¡¯fat¡¯ (p < 0.001). Higher proportion of the subjects skipped breakfast and main reason was no time to eat. Nutrition knowledge score was significantly higher in major than in non-major subjects (p < 0.001). Fish intake frequency score was significantly higher in non-majors, while the vegetable intake frequency score was significantly higher in majors. Nutrient intakes were significantly higher the majors compared to non-majors, particularly the intake of calcium (p < 0.05), zinc (p < 0.001), vitamin C (p < 0.001) and vitamin E (p < 0.01). Subjects in both groups did not have adequate nutrient intakes compared to KDRIs. BMI showed a positive correlation with body image, body weight and nutrition knowledge score (p < 0.01).
Conclusions: These results suggest that systematic nutrition education program which can be applied in real life is important for the formation of correct choices of food and good eating habits.
