A Case of Hyperreactio Luteinalis during Pregnancy

Abstract
We present a case of bilateral multiple theca lutein cysts of the ovary complicating single pregnancy.
She was 26-years old primigravida, pregnancy at 16 wks, with abdominal discomfort and increased mass size.
Elective both ovary wedge resection was done, pregnancy proceeded uneventfully, woman was vaginally delivered a healthy 3,330gm, girl without complications.
