Abstract
Since private practitioners often meet the difficulty to determine the duration of medical treatment for the medical indemnity when issuing the injury certificate, author have tried statistically to establish the degree of injury based on the extent and the duration of healing as a standard of determining the required duration of medical treatment.
1. In various injuries, the days required for healing and the status of patient during his medical treatment were analysed in detail. With the proportions of such two conditions, formula of energy law,
W=f.s, was applied to determine the required duration of medical treatment in injury.
W: the degree of injury
f: the forcer required to heal injury.
s: the duration required for the medical treatment.
2. For the easy understanding and the canvenient presentation of the degree of injuy, "weekl" was set as basic unit. 500 rdegree of injury represents the one week requirement of medical treatment.
