Abstract
Fetus papyraceus is a rare complication of multiple pregnancy and microcephaly is a rare anomaly of newborn. This .report .presents a case of monochorial twin pregnancy associated with fetus papyraceus and microcephaly, which was met recently at National Medical Center: The fetus papyraceus was female, 105gm in weight, 25cm in length, and seemed to be blighted at 6 months of pregnancy. Microcephal c baby was quite healthy until discharage and head diameters were 2-3cm shorter than average.
