Abstract
1. The excretion of 5-HIAA was in a range of 4.04±0.23mg per 24hr. The value suggested that the lever of 5-HIAA excretion in the Korean adults
was almost equal to the Caucasian´s.
2. > The statistical significance could-_not be obtained in the increased excretion of 5-HI AA following ´DL-tryptophan loading. (p> 0 05)
3. One object was diagnosed as having possible pyridoxine deficiency among them put
on rations during summer of 1963.
4. The pharmacological effects on the objects after DL-tryptophan loading were ´ observed.
