Abstract

Á¶·ù Å»ý±âÀÇ °£Àå ¹× ³ú¼öÀÇ NAD ³óµµ¿Í NADase Ȱ¼ºÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. °£ÀåÀÇ NADaseÀÇ ¼º»ó¿¡ °üÇÏ¿©¼­µµ ¾à°£ÀÇ °üÂûÀ» ÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù.
ÀÌ È¿¼ÒÀÇ ÁöÀû pH, Km°ªÀ» µý µ¿¹°ÀÇ NADase¿Í ºñ±³ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
°£ÀåÀÇ NAD ³óµµ´Â ºÎÈ­ÀÇ Àü ±â°£À» ÅëÇÏ¿© °ÅÀÇ ÀÏÁ¤ÇÏ¸ç ¾ËÀÌ ±ùÈÄ¿¡ ¾à°£ °¨¼ÒÇÑ´Ù.
