Abstract
One case of rt. orbital mixed tumor which originated from lacrimal gland is reported.
The patient is 42 years old healthy male with right exophalmos which grows slowly for 3 years without any significant other complications.
This orbital mixed tumor is successfully removed without any complication or cosmetic blemish with the application of Berk´s modified Kronlein operation (lateral orbitotomy).
It seems superior to original Kronlein´s operation in all aspects.
