Abstract
Three cases of tuberous sclerosis including two new cases were reviewed. They were 5 years old male, 23 and 24 years old females. Two cases had typical triad of tuberous sclerosis: Mental retardation, epilepsy and adenoma sebaceum and one had typical adenoma sebaceum and mental retardation without epilpsy. The symptomatology, pathology laboratory findings were discussed.
