Abstract
The author reports a case of nasopharyngeal fibroma which was reported histologically as nasal polyp and granuloma preoperatively.
However Surgical removal of the mass was done through transpalatine approach under strong suspension of the nasopharyngeal tumor, and the postoperative microscopical diagnosis was confirmed with the, angiofibroma of the nasopharyx.
