Abstract
A case of Keratosis penetrans has been described which occured in a 16 year old boy who was born with tetralogy of Fallot. With the improvement of his general condition the skin lesions healed by itself leaving slightly shiny atrophic scar.
Histologically, at the periphery of the lesion, the concentric blocks of keratinous mass material which resembles amyloid substance are not accompanied by foreign body reaction. Some resemblance to Elastosis perforans serpiginosa is noted,
