Abstract
본 연구는 집단놀이치료가 품행장애아동의 공격성 및 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. DSM-IV-TR의 준거에 따라 품행장애로 진단 받은 아동 3명을 대상으로 총 16회기의 집단놀이치료를 실시한 후 실시 전과 실시 후에 공격성 및 사회적 상호작용의 변화를 알아보았다. 공격성은 신체적 공격성과 언어적 공격성으로 나누어 살펴보았고, 상호작용은 긍정적 상호작용과 부정적 상호작용을 관찰을 통해 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 집단놀이치료가 품행장애아동의 신체적 공격성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 아동 모두 사전검사에서 중간 값보다 높은 점수를 받았지만 사후 검사에서 중간 값보다 훨씬 낮은 점수를 나타냈다. 둘째, 집단놀이치료가 품행장애아동의 언어적 공격성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 아동 모두 사전검사에서 중간 값보다 높은 점수를 나타냈었지만 사후 검사에서 중간 값보다 훨씬 낮은 점수를 보였다. 셋째, 집단놀이치료가 품행장애아동의 긍정적 상호작용 행동을 증가시켜준 반면, 부정적 상호작용 행동은 차차 감소하여 마지막 회기 때는 나타나지 않았음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 집단놀이치료는 품행장애아동의 자기효능감을 고양하여 공격성을 감소시키고 부정적인 행동을 긍정적인 행동으로 이끌어 내는데 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있다.
The purpose of this study was to illustrate the effects of group playtherapy on physical or verbal aggression and social interaction for children with conduct disorder. Three children with conduct disorder was participated for this study and they were received group playtherapy totally 16 times for 60 minutes a each time during three months. The results of this study were that: (a) the group theraplay was effective to reduce the physical aggression of children with conduct disorder; (b) the group playtherapy was effective to reduce the verbal aggression of children with conduct disorder; (c) the group playtherapy was effective to improve the positive social interaction and reduce the negative social interaction of children with conduct disorder as well. Therefore this study provided that group playtherapy was to reduce the aggression and turn the as raise of self-efficacy.
