The purpose of this study was to illustrate the effects of group playtherapy on physical or verbal aggression and social interaction for children with conduct disorder. Three children with conduct disorder was participated for this study and they were received group playtherapy totally 16 times for 60 minutes a each time during three months. The results of this study were that: (a) the group theraplay was effective to reduce the physical aggression of children with conduct disorder; (b) the group playtherapy was effective to reduce the verbal aggression of children with conduct disorder; (c) the group playtherapy was effective to improve the positive social interaction and reduce the negative social interaction of children with conduct disorder as well. Therefore this study provided that group playtherapy was to reduce the aggression and turn the as raise of self-efficacy.
