Abstract
¼º È£¸£¸óÀ¸·Î¼ÀÇ ¿ªÇÒ°ú ¾Ï ¼ºÀåÀÇ ÀáÀçÀû ÀúÇØ È¿°ú¸¦ Áö´Ï°í ÀÖ´Â ¿¡½ºÆ®·Î°ÕÀÇ ´ë»çüµéÀ» µ¿½Ã¿¡ ºÐ¼®Çϱâ À§ÇÏ¿© Serdolit AD-2 ¼öÁö¿Í È¿¼Ò °¡¼öºÐÇØ, ¾×ü-¾×ü ÃßÃâ¹æ¹ýÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ Àüó¸® °úÁ¤À» È®¸³ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, MSTRA/TMSCI È¥Çվ׿¡ ÀÇÇØ trimethylsilylether ÇüÅ·ΠÀ¯µµÃ¼ÈµÈ ¿¡½ºÆ®·Î°ÕµéÀ» GC/MSÀÇ SIM(selected ion monitoring) ¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î µ¿½Ã¿¡ ºÐ¼®, Á¤·®ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â Á¶°ÇÀ» ¼³Á¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±× °á°ú ȸ¼öÀ²Àº 80.97¡97.81%À̾ú°í, within-a-day ¹× day-to-day ºÐ¼®¿¡¼ÀÇ RSD°ªÀº °¢°¢ 0.24¡25.35%, 1.05¡23.94%À̾úÀ¸¸ç, ÀÌ ¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î ¼Òº¯ ³»¿¡ Á¸ÀçÇÏ´Â 19Á¾ÀÇ ¿¡¼¤ÑÆ®·Î°Õ ´ë»çüµéÀ» Á¤·®ÇÏ¿© Çѱ¹ÀÎ Á¤»óÀÎ Âü°íÄ¡(¿©ÀÚ:22¡35¼¼, ³²ÀÚ:39¡57¼¼)¸¦ ¼³Á¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
Estrogens, which play an important role in sex hormone and potential inhibitor of cancer cell proliferation were profiled for normal female and male. The nineteen endogeneous estrogens were simultaneously analyzed by selected ion monitoring method of GC/MS. Urinary estrogens were extracted by using Serdolit AD-2 resin, hydrolyzed with ¥â-glucuronidase/arylsulfatase from Helix pomatia, liquid-liquid extraction and quantitatively derivatized by MSTFA/TMSCl mixture in order to be detected on the GC/MS. The good quality-control data were obtained through the precision and accuracy test and the recovery range of them was 80.97¡97.81%. The Korean reference values of urinary estrogens were established and differences were found in normal female compared with normal male.
