Abstract
The author reported a 29 years old Korean mle of myotonia dystrophica who presented myotonia, progressive dystrophy of sternomastoid and peroneal muscles, impotence, testiculr trophy, frontal baldness, mental subnormality, ECG abnormarities, decreased BMR and positive family history.
The several aspects of this case are discussed and the liteatures are reviewed.
