We report surgical experience with 8 cases of cervical spondylosis treated by extensive, full laminectomy, removal of osteophyte and degenerted intervertebral discs, foraminotomy and sccticl of the dentate ligament.
Among them, eight patients had symtomes of spondylotic radiculopathy and four had the combined spondylotic myelopathy.
In follew up of at least 6 months after posterior decompression, exellent and definite improvement has been maintained in seven among eight of radiculopathy and three among four of the combined myelopathy.
