Abstract
과거 3년간 12예의 나환자에서 모지 대립작용 재건수술을 시행하고 그결과를 원격관찰하였다. 증례수는 적지만 만족할만한 결과를 얻었기에 문헌고찰과 아울러 보고 하였다.
저자의 증례에서 3예에서 Good, 9예에서 Fair의 결과를 얻었다.
For Twelve cases of Leprous parslysis of the intrinsic muscles of the hand, Brand Opponensplasty (Transfer of sublimis tendon of ring finger) was done.
Good result were scen in 5 cases and fair results i 9 cases.
Most common complication was flexion contracture of interphalangeal joint of the thumb.
There was no intrinric-plus defermity in ring finger. (Donor Tendon finger.)
