Abstract
The times of uptake & release of pilocarpine solution by soft contact lenses were studied with spectrophometre in vitro.
The uptake time was about 30 minutes and the releasing time was stationary after 30minutes. The lower concentrction of pilocarpine solution was generally rapid uptake & release than higher.
