Abstract

忠淸北道 槐山郡 一部地域에 對하여 肝吸蟲症의 疫學的 調査를 한 바 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
1) 住民 280名中 肝吸蟲의 感染率은 144名(51.4%)이였다.
2) 21個里의 調査地域中 5個里에서 높은 感染率을 보였으며(외사里 79.2%, 갈론里 79.2%, 사은里 63.6%, 도정里 50.0%, 율원里 50.0%) 40-59歲群의 男子에서 높은 感染率을 보였다.
3) 感染者의 總 E.P.G.(eggs per gram of feces)는 2.0892×10이였으며 그 平均値는 14,508.3이였다. 40-59歲群에서 가장높은 蟲卵排出量을 보였으며 女子보다 男子가 約 2倍였다.
4) V.B.S.抗原을 使用한 皮內反應을 實施하여 280名中 陽性率은 135名(48.2%)이었으며 역시 40-59歲群에서 높은 陽性率을 보였다.
5) 本調査地域의 肝吸蟲의 流行度(endemicity)를 probit analysis를 適用하여 回歸方程式(regression equation)으로 表示한바 y=3.11+1.26 logx로 나타났으며 標準偏差(standard deviation)은 165이였다. 肝吸蟲症 流行地에서의 肝吸蟲症의 流行指數로서 回歸方程式(regression equation)의 適用에 對한 可能性은 論議하였다.

An epidemiological trial on the clonorchiasis in Guesan Goon, North Choong Chong Do was undertaken in 1971 and obtained the following results:
1. Among the 280 inhabitants examined, the infection rate of C. sinensis was 51.4% by the Stoll´s egg counting technique.
2. Among the surveyed area. 5 Ri´s were shown higher infection rates: Oei-sa (79.2%) Gal-ron (72.9%), Sa-eun (63.6%), Do-jung (50.0%) and Eyul-won(50.0%). The higher postive rate was observed in the age group of 40-59 and male group.
3. The total E. P. G. count of eggs positives was 2.0892×10?? and the E. P. G. per positive cases was 14.508.3. The largest amount of eggs discharging status of positives were observed in the age group of 40-59 and mean E. P. G. in male was approximately 2 times higher than in female group.
4. The skin reaction positive rate with V. B .S. antigen of C. sinensis among the same 280 inhabitants was 48.2% It was also observed that in age group of 40-59, it was highest.
5. An application of probit analysis on the endemicity of C. sinensis in the surveyed area was tried and obtained the regression y=3.11 + 1.26 logx, with standard deviations 165.
The feasibilty of the application of regression equation for the analysis of endemicity of C. sinensis in a population was discussed.
