Abstract

The insecticides of sevin and malathion are affected on the nervous-metabolism when they are absorbed to animals.
The zymogram of cholinesterase non-specific esterase in liver and kidney of the rats reacted with the insecticides of the various concentration are observed by thin-layer gel electrophoresis.
The results were as follows:
1. The insecticides of sevin is showed more inhibitor effect on the esterase than the insecticides of malathion.
2. Malathion is showed the effect of inhibition on the whole esterase zymogram separated from the tissues, and sevin is selectively in inhibited only one band much more than the other band in zymogram.
3. The zymogram of non-specific esterase showed the different level of inhibition according to each concentration unit of sevin and malathion.
4. The non-specific esterase in liver and kidney tissues are showed inhibition when its zymogram are reacted to the sevin and malathion in the same concentration. The effects of inhibition on then, effects of inhibition some inhibited kidney rather than liver tissues.
5. The inhibition levels in zymogram have suggested the selectivity ofinsecticides and dosage amount for extermination of hygiene insect.
