Abstract
Acute Pancreatitis is still an important clinical problem, and accompanied frequently by impairment of respiration.
We experienced a case of respiratory insufficiency which developed after a multiple drainage operation for acute necrotizing pancreatitis, and stress that it is necessary to treat it in a intensive care unit by attending anessthesiologists.
