Abstract

Áø´Ü¿ë ¹æ»ç¼±¹ß»ýÀåÄ¡¿¡¼­ÀÇ X¼± ¿¡³ÊÁö¿Í -MDP, -FDGÀÇ °¨¸¶¼± ¿¡³ÊÁö ´ëÇÑ apron 0.25, 0.5 mmPb¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Â÷ÆóÀ²À» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. X¼± ¿¡³ÊÁö´Â °üÀü¾Ð ¹üÀ§ ³»¿¡¼­ ºÎ°¡¿©°úÆÇ 0, 2 mmAlÀ» »ç¿ë ÇÑ °æ¿ì¿¡ ½ÇÈ¿¿¡³ÊÁö°¡ ·Î ÃøÁ¤µÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, À̶§ apron 0.5 mmPbÀº 0.25 mmPbº¸´Ù ÃÖ´ë ¼±Áú¿¡¼­ 5.5% Á¤µµ Â÷ÆóÀ²ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ µÎ Á¾·ùÀÇ apronÀº Á÷Á¢¼±°ú °ø°£¼±·®·ü¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© 90% ÀÌ»óÀÇ ³ôÀº Â÷ÆóÀ²À» ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. ±×¸®°í -MDPÀÇ 140 keV¿¡¼­ 0.25, 0.5 mmPb apronÀ» »ç¿ëÇÒ °æ¿ì Á¤µµÀÇ Â÷ÆóÈ¿°ú°¡ ÀÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç, -FDGÀÇ 511 keVÀÇ ³ôÀº ¿¡³ÊÁö¿¡¼­´Â ·Î apronÀÇ Â÷ÆóÈ¿°ú°¡ ¸Å¿ì Àû¾ú´Ù.

This research measured the shielding rates of apron 0.25 and 0.5 mmPb for X-ray energy in diagnosis radiation system and gamma-ray energy of -MDP and -FDG. X-ray energies were measured on effective energy of when additional filtering plate of 0, 2 mmAl is used within the range of tube voltage , and at this time, apron 0.5 mmPb has shown about 5.5% of increase in its shielding rate over 0.25 mmPb at the highest quality. Besides, the aprons of the two types have shown high shielding rate of over 90% for direct X-ray and spatial dose rate. And, in case 0.25 and 0.5 mmPb aprons were used at 140keV of -MDP, the shielding effects were between 30 and 53%, and at high energy of 511 keV, -FDG, the shielding effects of apron, , were very small.
