Abstract
Primary benign tumors of the structures within the scrotum are rare.
When they occur, the importance of clinical recognition and correct identification is
great, both from a standpoint of treatment and prognosis.
At this time, the question is raised as to whether they ever represent true fibroma or
whether they are fibroid reaction to a chronic inflammatory process.
We had a case of multiple fibromas of intrascrotal origin, possibly arising from tunica
vaginalis, which herein reported and the literatures are reviewed.
