Abstract
In order to isolate and identify Anaplasma bodies, two dairy cattle were inoculated with the whole blood of Korean cattle reacted to capillary tube agglutination test (Ana-test).
The results obtained are as follows:
1. In the infected dairy cattle, Anaplasma bodies were first detected between 30 to 40 days post infection. .
2. The isolates were identified as Anaplasma centrale on the basis of morphology of infected anaplasma bodies in erythocytes.
