Abstract

A case of orbital mixed tumor is presented.
The patient is a 20-year-old Korean female, who had been suffered from 11 mm. of exophthalmos, mild, oculdar pain and visual disturbance (0.04) of left eye for about 1 year duration and accompanying congenital anterior polar cataract of the diseased eye.
In this case, the occurrence is relatively in young age and its primary site is thought to be lacrimal gland.
Visual disturbance is thought to be caused rather by the anterior polar cataract than the tumor.
The correlation between cataract and mixed tumor is obscure in this case.
