Abstract
A case of adenocarcinoma developed initially in the left eye of a 25 year old. Korean male´ was reported.
Proptosis. and visual disturbance were his chief complaints for about 18 months prior to visit our hospital.
The tumor was radically removed, and then received radiotherapy with Co60 fot 25 days. Metastasis occured in the skull bone and the right eye at 7 months and 8 months respectively, after the operation.
The author was concluded that the poor prognosis is due to it´s nature of malignancy and delayed surgical management.
