Abstract
A patient with congenital lung cysts who developed the nephrotic syndrome is presented. No evidence of circulatory disturbance was noted. The treatments and course of this case were described. As to the possible pathophysiologic mechanisms leading to co-occurrence of these two diseases literatures are reviewed and the possiblility is discussed thaat developmental andmaly might be the cause in common.
