Abstract


The author has experienced two cases of the unilateral recurrent nerve paralysis complicated with pulmonary. tuberculosis.
These are 26 years old female with pulmonary tuberculosis both and right pleural adhesion, and 33 years old, female with left. upper lobe pulmonary tuberculosis.
These are considered to be complicated with secondary adhesion of tuberculous lesion in the former, left recurrent nerve is attracted, transferred and extended with trachea to right side in the latter, left recurrent nerve to left- side.
