Abstract
An interesting case of coexisted fish bone at subglottic space with laryngeal diphtheria is presented.
The emergency tracheetomy was performed for severe dyspnea due to positive laryngeal diphtheria, and the specific treatment was given, but the decannulation was difficult, and so revision was done and found it big fish bone at subglottic¢¥ ¡×pace, and after the removal of the foreign body, the patient recovered normal.
