Abstract
Endotracheal intubation is common technique for general anesthesia and, maintenance of an artificial airway for various upper airway obtructions. However, despite of its therapeutic value, several post-traumatic complications as laryngeal edema, uleration and granuloma are developed following intubation.
Recently, the authors experienced a case of large intubation granuloma of the larynx accompanying with severe hoarseness and dyspnea and reviewed the literatures.
