Abstract
Melorheostosis which is a rare form of hyperostosis characterized by its linear pattern of distribution along the major axis of long bone was initially described by Leri and Joanny in 1922.
A case of melorheostosis mostly involving _the right upper extemity as a monomelic type was presented here because of-its rarity of the disease.
