Abstract
Beginning in 1968, 35 patients with the femoral fracture in the neck or intertrochanteric area were treated by the conservative and operative method in Han-II Hospital.
Among them, 9~caees were treated by use of multiple pinning with Steinmann pins and Kirschner wires since 1972.
Of 9 cases. no walking disturbance were noted in the 7 cases, and delaeyd union in 2 cases.
