요약
1. 성인 마우스의 부신피질세포의 표지지수는 사구대에서 9.8%, 속상대 바깥 층에서 8.4%
였고, 속상대 안쪽 층과 망상대에서는 각각 2.4%, 0.6%였다.
2. 사구대의 S기는 8시간이었고 속상대 바깥층에서는 7.7시간이었다.
3. G2기는 사구대에서 2.6시간이었고 속상대 바깥 층에서는 3.8시간이었다.
4. 세대시간은 사구대에서 80.6시간이었고 속상대 바깥 층에서는 91.6시간이었다.
5. 세로분열은 속상대와 사구대 안쪽층에서만 볼 수 있었으며 망상대 쪽으로 갈수록 분열
세포는 없었다.

-Abstract-
24 adult mice were treated intraperitoneally with 3H-thymidine at 6 : 00 AM, and at
the beginning of every two hours 2 mice were sacrificed. Each adrenal cortex was
removed and subjected to autoradiography to determine the cell cycle and it's parameter.
The result were summarized as follows.
1. Labeling indices of zona glomerulosa and zona outer fasciculata were 9.8% and
8.4%. Those of zona inner fasciculata and zona reticularis were 2.4% and 0.6%
2. The duration of S phase was 8.0 hours in the zona glomerulosa and 7.7 hours in
the zona outer fasciculata.
3. The duration of G2 phase was 2.6 hours in the zona glomerulosa and 3.8 hours in
the zona outer fasciculata.
4. The duration of generation time was 80.6 hours in the zona glomerulosa and 91.6
hours in the zona outer fasciculata.
5. Proliferation activity was predominant in the zona glomerulosa and zona outer
fasciculata.
