결론
한국인 남녀 성인 시체에서 요부 및 천부 교감 신경간신경절의 출현빈도, 크기 및 교통
의 분포상태와 무대 신경절의 출현빈도 및 크기에 관하여 형태학적으로 관찰한 결과 다음과
같은 결론을 얻었나.
요부 교감 신경간 신경절의 출현수는 4개가 나타나는 경우가 45.9%로 빈도가 가장 많았
으며 이 신경절의 길이는 16.0mm였고 폭은 5.8mm였나. 회백 교통지는 요부 교감 신경절이
5개가 출현하는 경우에 각 교감 신경절로 부터 해당 요신경으로 분포하는 예가 60.0%이었
다. 백 교통지는 제4 요 신경까지 출현하는 예가 5.7%, 제1요 신경까지 출현하는 예가
17.1%, 제3 요신경까지 출현하는 예가 20.0%였고 제2 요 신경까지 출현하는 예가 57.1%로
가장 많은 빈도를 나타내었다.
천부 교감 신경간 신경절의 출현수는 3개가 나타나는 경우가 49.6%로 빈도가 가장 많았
으며 이 신경절의 길이는 11.9mm였고 폭은 5.1mm였다. 회백 교통지는 천부 교감 신경절이
5개가 출현하는 경우에 각 교감 신경절로 부터 해당 친신경으로 분포하는 예가 66.7%이상
이었다.
무대 신경절은 88.9%의 출현빈도를 나타내었으며 신경절의 길이는 6.8mm이였고 폭은
4.8mm였다.

-Abstract-
The lumbar and sacral sympathetic ganglia were observed in Korean cadavers. The
number of ganglia in the lumbar part of the sympathetic trunk ranged from three to six
in number, with four ganglia being the most common number, occurring in 45.9%. The
size of the lumbar sympathetic ganglia averaged 16.0 mm. and 5.8 mm. in length and
width, respectively. The white ramus communicans was found as low as the second
lumbar nerve in 57.1%.
The number of ganglia in the sacral part of the sympathetic trunk ranged from three
to five in number, with three ganglia being the most common number, occurring in
48.6%. The size of the sacral sympathetic ganglia averaged approximately 11.9 mm. and
5.1 mm. in length and width, respectively.
The ganglion impar was in 88.9% of the cases, and averaged 6.8 mm. and 4.8 mm. in
length and width.
