合成樹脂鑄型法에 依한 腎血管系에 관한 硏究 Studies on the Renal Vascular Systems using Latex Cast Technique

Abstract


Morphological study on the latex casts of the canine kidney was done to observe the vasculature as well as the collecting system of normal kidneys, kidneys subjected to ureteral ligation and mercury bichloride intoxicated kidneys.
A newer latex, Geon D 11 A, was used as a molding mass, which was carefully injected into the renal artery, vein and ureter respectively after the complete perfusion with normal saline.
The kidney tissue was marcerated in concentrated HCI leaving a cast of vascular and/or pyelocalyceal systems.
Experimental obstruction to the kidney was produced by ureteral ligation which was performed through the translumbar incision under pentothal anesthesia, and another type of injury was produced by mercury bichloride injection.
Followings are the results obtained from the morphological observation on the noted corrosion specimens.
1. Renal artery or vein of the normal canine kidney branches off into prepelvic and retropelvic. artery or vein, hilar segmental artery or vein, interlobar artery or vein, arcuate artery or vein, and glomerular vasculatures in order of branching, while the collecting systems of kidney appe­ars to be divided into renal pelvis, major calyx, minor calyx and renal tubule.
The interlobar artery and vein are found to run through the corresponding calyceal furrow intimately.
2. Brodel´s line is inadequate to make an incision of the kidney substance, whereas the bordering line between the segment supplied by the renal hilar segmental artery is considered to be an adequate location to make an incision.
3. In the kidney of obstructive uropathy, main pathological changes are found within the renal pelvis and calyx in association with arterial destruction, whereas no definite changes of the venous system are found.
4. In mercury bichloride intoxicated kidneys no particular changes are observed in the vascular system, pelvis and calyx whereas destructive changes are found in the tubules.
