淪落女性血淸에 對한 Penicillin 感作赤血球 凝集反應에 關한 硏究

Abstract
Penicillin의 使用頻度가 높은 淪落女性은 210名의 血淸에 對하여 Penicillin 感作赤血球 凝集反應을 實施하고 또한 이들 Penicillin 感作赤血球凝集 抗體의 性狀을 알기 위하여 血淸反應에 使用한 溶液을 달리하여 凝集反應을 實施하여 다음과 같은 成績을 얻었다.
1. Penicillin 感作赤血球 凝集反應에서 13.33%(1:4~1:256)의 陽性率을 얻었다.
2. Penicillin 感作赤血球 凝集反應은 AB 및 O群血淸을 稀釋溶液으로 使用하였을 때, 가장 높은 凝集價를 얻었다. 이것으로 봐서 Penicillin 感作赤血球凝集 抗體는 Penicillin에 對한 血淸學的으로 特異的인 抗體이고, 또한 不完全抗體에 屬하는 것이라고 推測된다.
In 210 prostitutes´ sera with histories of frequently administered of penicillin for VD treatment and prop! ylaxis, the detection of haemagglutinating antibodies were carried out by penicillin-sensitized hutr_an 0 group erythrocytes, and compared these titers to various different serum diluents.
The results are summarized as follows.
1. From total of 210 unselected prostitutes´ sera tested, twenty-eight(13.33 percent) were found to agglutinate penicillin-sensitized erythrocytes positive reactors were detected.
2. In the case of sera diluted in AB or 0 groups´ human sera, haemagglutinating titers were, considerably greater than in saline or the other diluents. These results may suggest that a consistent association with usual IgG(7S) and igM(19S) globulins for the haemagglutination of penicillinsensitized erythrocytes.
