Abstract
A 3 year and 9 month old boy was admitted to pediatric ward, S.N.U.H., in deep diabetic coma state. Following 44 days of insulin treatment, we experienced 7 days of remission during the last period of his hospitalization. It is interesting as well as very rate ti note a remission in juvenile diabetes mellitus. The case id presented with brief review of literature.
