Abstract
Analysis of bile acid has remained one of difficult problems because of the interference of pigments.
This report consists of the results of measurement and comparison of bile acids in gallbladder and
common duct bile of normal and cholecystitis patient by the method of Mosbach.
In the normal gallbladder bile, the concentration of cholic and deoxycholic acids in 44.91±8.21
㎎/㎖ and 36.25±6.48㎎/㎖. In the cholecystitis patients, those are showed 7.73±1.84㎎/㎖ and
8.66±2.16㎎/㎖
