Abstract


This article is the report of 3 cases of malignant lumphoma arising in the small intestine, of which
1 cases in the upper jejunum, and 2 cases in the terminal ileum. The age distribution were 12 years
old in cases¥°, 43 years old in cases ¥±, and 45 years old in cases ¥².
All 3 cases were male. The preoperatie diagnosis was neuroblastoma in case¥° and pancreas ca.,
of which head in case ¥± and body in case ¥².
Of the three cases, ¥°and ¥± had no evidence of recurrence and their health was in very good
condition, but case ¥² recurred with in three months after operation even though chemothera peutioc
and hormonal therapy was undergone. After total seven times of radiation therapy was given, palpated
recurring mass was disappeared and any trouble was not noticed.
A brief review of literature was made.
