Abstract
A case of G.I.T. perforation in a newborn infant is one of rare disease, but catastrophic condition associated with severe morbidity and high mortality.
The first case was multiple ileal perforation, the other was stomach perforation associated with multiple congenital anomalies such as annular pancreas, imperforate anus, and hemivertebra. A review of literatures is made on the etiology, diagnosis, treatment, and the prognosis of the
subject.
