Abstract
Pathologic changes in the oral cavity and gastrointestinal tract have frequently been described as complications in patients with leukemia.
On the other hand, the anorectal complications in leukemia have been reported rarely.
Two cases of perianal abscess in leukemia were experienced in Dept. of Surgery, Sacred Heart
Hospital, Chung Ang University, College of Medicine during 6 years period from June, 1968 through
April, 1974.
Perianal abscess in leukemia is briefly reviewed from literature herein.
