Abstract
Volvulus of the cecum causes an unusual type of acute intestinal obstruction which is deceptive in diagnosis and often has a fatal outcome.
W e experienced a case of cecal Volvulus in 43 years old male patient which was treated successfully by right hemicolectoiny and ileocolostomy
A brief review of literatures was also made.
