Abstract
Of the various diverticula arising in the gastrointestinal tract, those occuring in the jejunumr have rarity in incidence and seldom stimulate great clinical interest.
Typical asymptomatic jejunal diverticula give rise only rarely to nonspecific? complications such as perforation and hemorrhage, and so, correct diagnosis is relatively difficult unless. laparotoiny is performed although WI series would make diagnosis.
We experienced one of 4 serial jejunal.,diverticulosis arising 40 cm from the Treitz ligamet along the mesenteric border during laparotomy of a 67 year old female patient whose diagosis were CBD stone and chronic cholecystitis.
