Abstract
A thirty five-year-old male developed duodenal obstruction due to intramural hematoma caused by blunt abdominal trauma.
After failure of conservative medical treatment for five days, gastro-jejunostomy was done in addition to blood clot evacuation through serosal incision on the l0th post trauma day.
The symptoms were relieved and normal diet was well tolerated.
