Abstract
1. This series comprises all of the 24 total abdominal vagotomies with pyloroplasty, Gastro-
jejunostomy or antrectomy as a drainage procedure which were performed May 1974 and May
1975 at the Dept. of General Surgery of Dae-Jon Armed Forces General Hospital.
2. Patients suffered from pyloric stenosis, duodenal ulcer perforation, and duodenal bleeding. 3. Pyloroplasty of the Heinecke-Mikulicz type was performed and the 7~9cm long gastroduodenal incision closed transversely in two layers.
4. Gastrojejunostomy was performed,at anterior and juxtpyldric region.
3. Clinical observation after trunchal vagotomy for one to two years was studied.
