Abstract
Embryonic omphaloi-Isenteric duct may persist after birth and cause various complications. We experienced two uses of strangulated intestinal obstruction due to omphalomesnteric duct anomalies-one, Mecke l´s diverticulum and the other, congenital band.
Both cases were treated b y massive intestinal resection successfully at S.N.U.H.
