Abstract
There was a total of 132 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding during the past 2 years (1975--1976) at Presbyterian Medical Center Jeonju. We have experienced 4 cases of Mallory-Weiss Syndrome among them. The.2 cases of them were treated with the surgical and others with the medical approaches. The 3 patients of them were diagnosed with the panendoscopic procedure and a patient was confirmed during the operation.
