Abstract
This study has been done during the period of June 1967 to hebruary 1968, with total 1947 urban and rural residents and thefollowing results are obtained:
1 . The complaints rate, both in questionnaire group Aand B is higher rural residents and in female.
2. In questionnaire group A in both areas, the complaints rate become greater with age while in B it is not dear.
3. The dispersion of complaints is distributed widely especially in the age group of 20-45 years.
4. The 10 most frcquent complaints are consisted of 7 from questionnaire group A and 3 from B in male while 5 A and 5 B in female.
5. In male the more concentration of complaints is observed in rural area, while in female A is more in rural and B is in urban area.
6. According to classified type in general, Au is 23.3%, Ne is 14.9%, and Ps is 13.8% respectively.
7. Au and Ne type are most frequently seen in mid age group of 30-50 years and Ps type is in young age group 20-30years in both sexes and areas.
