Abstract
In human volunteers, when given divided dose of 0.2 mg of atropine and hyoscine during cyclopropane or ethyl ether anesthesia, the first dose of hyoscine 0.l mg had developed bradycardia, but the atropine had not so developed.
All groups, however, had developed the increased pulse rate by second dose of hyoscine or atropine.
