Abstract
The occurance of Ewing´s sarcoma in the paranasal sinus has been regarded as a rarity. The present paper is concerned with one such case seen at the Department of E. N. T. of St. Mary´s Hospital, Catholic Medical College.
The patient was a 12-year-old school girl and come to this hospital because of sweIlin.; left maxillary region with associated pain and diplopia.
The lesion was biopsied and the diagnosis of Ewing´s sarcoma was established. X-Ray showed diffuse destructive changes involving the walls of sinus.
The patient was subjected to X-Ray deep therapy and showed favorable outcome at the end of X-Ray treatment.
