Abstract
The distribution of protein, glycoprotein and polysaccharides in pulp tissue and dentin of normal mice after given Vitamin C, have been observed histochemically method.
The results obtained as following:
Protein, glycoprotein and polysaccharides were tended to increase it reaction in predentin matrix and adontoblast layer. In weils layer and compact zone, there were no significant difference between the control group and Vitamin C administrated groups.
