Abstract
The 22-years old ROKA active enlisted man was evacuated to 1st army hospital for further evaluation of the ranula in the floor of the mouth on March 14, 1968.
After routine test, the ranula was operated by means of marsupialization technique.
The patient was discharged to duty with no swelling and functional disturbance due to elongated tongue
